Buy a Timeshare here! Perverse? maybe, but think about it. You bought one for some good reasons initially. Now, with what you know and the suggestions here, maybe you can work it to your advantage. Consider these suggestions:
If you are a charity, civic group, public agency, or service organization click here for details.

  • Buy one close enough to home that you can get to it in a few hours of driving and not have to make a big expensive trip out of it. Use it as a quick getaway.
  • Buy one with an exchange membership that you know you can use effectively.
  • Buy one that is getting full and running out of inventory (better chance of holding value on the secondary market).
  • Buy one of the top resorts in the area.
  • Take your time to pick one and then wait for the deal you want. Always remember, you may not have gotten the sale you wanted, don't give what someone else is asking. Make the offer you want, not the request the seller is making. There was a $30,000 timeshare offered for $25,000 that took $200.
  • Know the obligations you're taking on.
  • Make sure its a DEEDED timeshare.
  • Buy it dirt cheap.
  • Use one of these companies. We have researched and found them to be some of the most reliable and highest inventoried in the business with greater opportunities than most.
