Who and What Are We and How Do We Deal With Timeshares?

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dealing with timeshare donations on a VERY different basis. You can browse our site and find out how the few charities that deal with timeshares do it and how we are so different. Simply, we actually take title to the timeshare from the donor and then make the USE of that timeshare available to other charities, service organizations and civic groups for their use, members and beneficiaries. This gives the receiving organization the benefits of a timeshare without the ownership problems.

The only conditions of use are:
1. You must be a IRS recognized charity OR an organized service organization OR a public agency OR an organized civic group. We do not deal with individuals.

2. There is a $100 processing fee that must be paid at the time of selection. Plus any requirement of the resort must be met. Please ask us for details on each resort.

3. Since we work with the resorts on a promo basis we ask you to provide some information about your organization, how you will be using it and who will be using it.

4. We can not change the dates of use or exchange the timeshare for a different resort, even within the parent resort organization.

5. Again for promo purposes, we ask that those using the timeshare take some pictures and write just a few notes of the best positive experience of their resort stay.

Hilltop Resort, Steamboat Springs, CO	Summer 1 week Floating	1 Bed / 1 Bath	Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, this resort is near the Routt National Forest. Great shopping, dining, and nightlife are just minutes away. Perfect weather in the Summer is great for white-water rafting, kayaking, hiking, biking, camping, golf, horseback riding, and tennis. Enjoy scenic views of the town or mountains along with unforgettable sunsets from the observation deck or indoor atrium with swimming pool.
Morritt's Tortuga Club, Cayman Island	Floating week	1 Bed / 1 Bath	Morritt's Tortuga Club vacationers feel far removed from the busy everyday life they have come to escape. With excellent snorkeling just by stepping in the water from the beach, it leaves very little reason to leave the resort to find more pristine surroundings. Morritt's Tortuga Club comes fully equipped with all the vacation toys, with a fleet of dive boats leaving right from the dock, excellent windsurfing equipment, pool bars, beach bars, restaurant, extensive activities program and nightly entertainment.
Christmas Mountian Resort, Glen, NH	Week 11	2 Bed / 2 Bath	Christmas Mountain Resort's Bavarian-style condominiums feature two bedrooms and large living rooms. The upper units have a loft for extra space and privacy. All accommodations offer views of the White Mountains. Villas at Hickory Hills, near Biloxi, MS	Week 31	To be determined at reservation	Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, fishing in the nearby river, and exploring historic sites in the area. Located on a peninsula jutting out into 19-mile long Lake Conroe. Galveston Island and all the big-city activities of Houston are just a short drive away.
