| Self Care: | Pressing with the thumb or fingers, fingertip pinching or flat finger squeezing works well in this region. Using a hook tool for the triceps behind the upper arm is good. However, hooking the fingers as a tool can be just as effective. Make sure you check for TPs in the shoulder under and behind the armpit and in the Pectoralis muscles. See Detailed Instructions. |
| Therapist Care: | Same as self care. |
